when you're a VE Admin in addition to the assign a VE add an assign to me button if you're assigning yourself to speed up the process

That UI is already getting fairly cluttered with buttons, and another "Add" seems to me like it might add confusion. A change was made some time ago to put yourself as the first entry in the popup list for this specific purpose. The only reason it doesn't suffice presently is that the popup centers itself on your mouse when it appears instead of anchoring the top of the list to where your mouse is, which Heather reported when it first came out, and Richard said he'd come back to. I think we should just fix that issue and be done with it - nobody wants to click a button and then have to scroll up several pages.
