Registration should show dedicated fields for address and PO Box

Exam registration via HamStudy or via the Add Applicant function is often confusing on how to enter PO Boxes. It appears as though the address field is parsed under certain keywords/characters that then trigger it to fill in the address vs PO Box fields of the EBF. This is often confusing and sometimes causes address errors when incorrectly parsed, triggering and address change or otherwise when not intended.

This request is to have dedicated fields for Address and PO Box so that the registration step matches the EBF output.
