Put appointment time on applicant list

We estimate the time we expect to get to an applicant and email them that. If we had it here we wouldn't have to maintain a separate list.

Many of the GLAARG session managers running the larger session, send join times along with the Zoom info to the applicants. I support this feature request. This weekend, I had to enforce the join times when we had too many folks arriving at the same time. I know this old feature request is over a year old and not sure why the rest of the GLAARG folks didn't upvote it yet!
